Wasco provides custom coating services, for our full range of coating systems, on bends, fittings, fabricated spools, valves, manifolds, short runs of straight pipe, and other components for both onshore and offshore projects.

We also offer full capabilities in thermal spray aluminium (TSA) coatings - field application, semi-automated plant application, and our Mobile TSA Unit (MOTSU), designed for high capacity, on-site, coating of line pipe, production risers and drilling risers.

Wasco Energy is qualified in accordance with Shell DEP 30.48.40.31 Thermal Spray Coatings of Aluminium and 85/15 Zinc/Aluminium Alloy.
