Wasco’s Pipe Manufacturing Division is a pioneer in large diameter spiral pipe manufacturing in Malaysia with over 25 years of experience in the industry. It has two manufacturing plants located in Penang and Kota Kinabalu with a combined output capacity of 200,000 tonnes per year. Petro-Pipe (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. (PPS)
Petro-Pipe (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. (PPS) operates a spiral pipe manufacturing plant in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The pipe-making facility is an API certified plant producing completely coated pipes mainly for the Oil and Gas industry and high-quality spiral-welded steel pipes for water and general structural purpose.
The plant is strategically located at the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park in Sabah, a premier growth centre in the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA). PPS will cover the pipe demands for regional markets such as Peninsular Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia. PPS also has a storage facility for its completed pipes stretching to about 30 acres.
